01 — Agreement
By using notabs, you agree to these terms. notabs helps you save, organize, and discover research content with AI-powered features including metadata extraction, personalized recommendations, and daily digests. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the service.
02 — Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. If you notice unauthorized access, let us know immediately. We recommend using a strong, unique password.
03 — Acceptable Use
Use notabs legally and respectfully. This means:

04 — Your Content

Our AI extracts metadata, generates recommendations, and creates summaries. AI output is informational and may not always be accurate. Always verify important information from original sources. We don't use your content to train AI models.
06 — Service Changes
We strive for high availability but can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify the service and these terms over time. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.
07 — Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect damages or losses exceeding fees paid to us. You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use or violations of these terms.
